Continuing my math journey, I began my 7th-grade curriculum with the standard 7th-grade course on Khan Academy. This gave me an overview of lots of new topics, like more complex forms of utilizing variables, graphs, and percentages. During 1/3 of the year, I was ready to move on, after finishing the 7th grade course. I began pre-algebra, which dived into concepts like linear equations and more complex graphing of slope. This course was slightly more challenging for me, so it took a bit more time to complete, but once I did complete it, I moved on to Algebra. I got through 1/3 of the Algebra by the end of the year, and I have a basic understanding of Algebraic foundations such as linear equations, graphs, and systems of equations.
